A veteran in the fitness industry, Andrew Markov has been working as a trainer for more than 10 years and has logged over 10,000 hours of sessions.  He holds a degree in Exercise Physiology from Kent State University and is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. Andrew also holds an Olympic Weightlifting Coaching certification through USA Weightlifting.

During his time at Kent State, Andrew worked in the Exercise Physiology lab on campus assisting in research on the effects of exercise on Parkinson’s disease patients and was awarded an undergraduate research grant for the project. He also played defense for the Kent State Club Lacrosse team.

Andrew’s client experience includes weight loss, special populations, strength and conditioning, sport specific programming, group fitness and powerlifting coaching.

Andrew believes that it’s never too late to embrace a healthy lifestyle and that one of the biggest mistakes a person makes is waiting for the “right time” to start a fitness journey. Just get in, get a little bit of help and embrace the process!

In his free time, Andrew enjoys competing in powerlifting, spending time with his wife and two children, playing guitar and watching sports.

Austin Stacho has been a multi-sport athlete his whole life. From soccer to basketball to cross country, he has a true passion for fitness. Austin obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences with a focus in Physical Therapy from Cleveland State University. His experience stems from on the job training and education as a Rehab Technician.

He is also a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Council for Certified Personal Trainers. Austin uses his experience to help his clients with different goals such as, weight loss and muscle toning, weight gain and muscle building, sport specific programs, and rehabbing injuries through one on one training and small group training.

Austin wants to help people live their best lives and he believes the first step to that is taking care of their health. Whether his clients are looking to lose weight, gain muscle, rehab from an injury or just simply better themselves, Austin wants to help create the happiest, healthiest, best – YOU!
